MOORCROFT

A Moorcroft Powder Blue preserve pot with lid. The preserve pot is curve sided. Within the lid is a slot for a spoon. The Powder Blue range was designed by William Moorcroft in 1913, and stayed in production until 1963. This Powder Blue preserve pot was produced in 1960. It has the following markings impressed on the underside, "MOORCROFT, MADE IN ENGLAND". It is 4 inches in height; and 4 inches in diameter. In excellent condition

MALING DISH

A Maling Pedestal Dish, with a Peony Rose pattern. Length: 10.5"; width: 6"; Height: 2.75". The marking to the base is "a diagram of a castle, with MALING, ESTD 1762, NEWCASTLE ON TYNE, ENGLAND, PEONY ROSE". This marking was used between 1947 and 1963. In excellent condition.

CARLTON WARE

Green, blue, orange, purple and black striped jug. Model no: 1381 (impressed to base), 3593 (painted on base). 'CarltonWare Made in England "Trade Mark"' painted in black to the base. 5.5 inches in height and 5.5 inches in diameter. In excellent condition.

JAMES MACINTYRE AND CO.

A James MacIntyre & Co., blue and white coffee can . Markings to the base of the coffee can are, "MACINTYRE, BURSLEM, above and below a circle containing a 'M' and 'J' entwined. This marking is from the time when William Moorcroft was Art Director for James MacIntyre & Co. Height is 2.5" and diameter is 2.25". In good condition.

MYOTT JUG

A Myott art deco jug, with a 'ITR' symbol painted on the side of the jug and a black stripe at the top of the jug. The marks painted on the base of the jug are '(Diagram of a crown), MYOTT SON AND CO., MADE IN ENGLAND, HAND PAINTED, 1387'. The jug is 7" in height, and 5" in diameter. In excellent condition.

MARBLE TOPPED VICTORIAN DESK SET

Victorian Desk set, made of wood with each piece having a marble top. It consists of 3 separate pieces: a pen holder with a glass ink holder and two paperweights. In excellent condition.

ROYAL ALBERT

A 1984 Royal Albert Plate "Summer" from the Cottage Garden series. This plate depicts the season of summer, and has a wonderfully scalloped and embossed edging completed with pale yellow edging. The back stamp on the base has the following description: "ROYAL ALBERT, Bone China, ENGLAND, SUMMER, 'Summer haze and sunshine days, England's tranquil hour, Petals carpet dusty roads, This festival of flowers', FROM THE COTTAGE GARDEN YEAR SERIES, ROYAL ALBERT LTD. 1984". Diameter is 8.25 inches. In excellent condition.

COALPORT

A Coalport 1986 Christmas Plate showing a Victorian Christmas scene on a white background. The plate also has a narrow blue rim around its edge. The back stamp on the plate has the following description:"CHRISTMAS 1986, FINE BONE CHINA, COALPORT, MADE IN ENGLAND, EST. 1750, 'WALLACE ARNOLD' First Special Edition". Diameter is 6.5 inches. In excellent condition.

A 1930's hand painted Clarice Cliff Viscaria, (Pink Pearls 1), Biarritz Plate. The plate measures 6.5" long and 5.25" wide, and the colours are bright and vibrant. This piece has excellent marks, it is marked "HAND PAINTED Bizarre by Clarice Cliff WILKINSON LTD. ENGLAND". It is also marked "The Biarritz
(a diagram of a crown) Royal Stafordshire Great Britain Regd. No 784849". In excellent condition

A pretty, Clarice Cliff dinner plate, based on a design by Duvivier circa 1770. It has a beautiful gilded rim. The dinner plate was produced by Newport potteries in the early 1940's. The dinner plate has the following stamp on the base "Olde Bristol Porcelain, X, b, Designed by Duvivier, Circa 1770, by Clarice Cliff, Registration Applied for". The diameter of the dinner plate is 9 inches, and is in excelent condition.

3 SUSIE COOPER MEAT PLATTERS

Three Susie Cooper meat platters/oval plates in the 1935 Nosegay pattern. The three plates are of different sizes, and in excellent condition. The largest plate is 18.5" in length and 14.5" in height. The middle plate is 16" in length and 12.5" in height. The smaller of the plates is 14" in length and 11" in height. All have the "Leaping Deer" Susie Cooper markings on their base.
